Patricia Alin is a dedicated community advocate, nonprofit leader, and Florida Realtor® with more than a decade of experience serving youth, families, and underserved communities. Her professional background spans nonprofit administration, volunteer program leadership, youth mentorship, and community outreach, including supporting AmeriCorps initiatives and collaborating with United Way. Throughout her career, Patricia has remained focused on one outcome: creating pathways of opportunity that lead to long-term stability and independence.
She holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology from Hodges University. As an active mentor with the Take Stock in Children program, she walks alongside high school students as they pursue academic achievement and personal growth. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Patricia brings a culturally responsive and relationship-centered approach to serving diverse communities.
As a licensed Florida Realtor®, Patricia understands firsthand how transportation, housing stability, and employment access are deeply connected. Families navigating life transitions often face barriers that are not about motivation — but mobility. She recognizes that without reliable transportation, access to work, education, and safe housing becomes limited.
Patricia is drawn to the mission of Pass It Forward because it addresses a critical but often overlooked gap: transportation as a bridge to independence. She believes a vehicle is not charity — it is infrastructure for opportunity. By restoring and redistributing donated vehicles with accountability and dignity, Pass It Forward empowers individuals to rebuild their lives with stability and confidence.
She is honored to serve on the board and is committed to strengthening community partnerships, expanding outreach to diverse populations, and ensuring that every vehicle placed represents both responsible stewardship and transformational impact. Patricia believes sustainable change happens when systems, leadership, and compassion work together — and she is proud to advance a mission that restores mobility, strengthens families, and creates lasting opportunity.
At Pass It Forward, our mission is to close critical gaps in transportation and housing for youth aging out of foster care and families in need.
