About

Jordan Ewing

Jordan Ewing began his leadership journey with Chick-fil-A in 2008 at the Brandon Mall location in Tampa, Florida. Early in his career, he recognized a natural aptitude for business operations, a deep commitment to leadership development, and an unwavering hunger for personal growth. Starting from the ground up, Jordan quickly advanced through increasing levels of responsibility and, at just 19 years old, was entrusted with leading a multi-million-dollar operation.

Over the next twelve years, Jordan managed multiple high-performing, multi-million-dollar businesses and led teams that earned Chick-fil-A’s prestigious Symbol of Success Award. While operational excellence and financial performance were important, Jordan considers his greatest accomplishment to be developing people — equipping team members to grow as leaders, build confidence, and step into greater responsibility both professionally and personally.

At the core of Jordan’s leadership philosophy is the belief that leadership is a continual process of self-development. Growth requires discipline, resilience, and the courage to step beyond comfort in order to serve others at a higher level. He believes true leadership multiplies impact by empowering others to rise.

Jordan is drawn to the mission of Pass It Forward because it reflects these same principles of empowerment and restoration. A reliable vehicle is not a handout — it is a pathway to employment, stability, safety, and independence. Jordan believes that mobility changes trajectories. By restoring vehicles and placing them in the hands of those committed to rebuilding their lives, Pass It Forward creates opportunity with dignity.

He is honored to serve on the board to help strengthen operational systems, uphold strong governance, and steward resources with integrity — ensuring that every vehicle entrusted to the organization becomes a catalyst for restored mobility and renewed purpose.

Jordan is committed to advancing a mission that doesn’t just give cars — it restores independence, strengthens families, and opens the road to second chances.
